You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

  We do our best to describe and display products accurately. Packaging, labels and colours may differ slightly from the images shown, as manufacturers update their designs.

  Product information on our website is for general guidance only and is not medical advice. Always read the product label, patch test new products, and consult a dermatologist if you have a skin condition, allergies or sensitive skin.

All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at the time you place your order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch, and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once our team confirms it by phone or SMS. We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you, if a product is out of stock, if the delivery details are incomplete, or if we suspect a false or fraudulent order. If we cancel, we will let you know.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery across Bangladesh. You pay the product price and the delivery charge to the delivery rider when you accept your parcel.

We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Delivery charges and estimated timeframes are explained in our Delivery Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather or courier delays.

If you don’t like a product, you can return it to the rider at your doorstep and pay nothing, not even the delivery charge. Claims for wrong, damaged or expired products must be made within 12 hours of delivery. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

We may refuse service or block access to anyone who breaks these rules.

All content on this website, including text, design, logos and images, belongs to Skinmart BD or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Product brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not responsible for reactions or results caused by misuse of a product or by not following its label directions.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and continued use of the website means you accept them.
